About Visiting: Plumeria Paradise is located in San Diego, CA. We regret that we do not have facilities open to the general public at this time.

About Seed Quality: After many years of searching, Plumeria Paradise has found some of the best sources for seeds and cuttings from around the world. We harvest or purchase small quantities of many different varieties of seed in order to provide the freshest seed available to our buyers.

Seeds are handpicked by myself or by some of the finest plumeria/adenium/cordyline growers in the world. Only the best of these seeds are then rehandpicked by Plumeria Paradise and shipped to our customers to produce the very finest plumeria plants.

Seeds are tested from each and every variety that comes in. If they are not viable, or do not grow for us, they are not put up for sale. Although the seed is fresh, tested and handpicked, we still cannot guarantee that they will all grow for you. A lot has to do with each customer and the method they use to grow them. This can include the soil used, fertilizers, watering, the amount of light and heat, and TLC each grower puts into growing their seed.

About Growing Instructions: Growing instructions can be found here on the website and are sent out with all orders to all customers.

About Special Ordering: We do accept special orders. These will take longer to process if order is from overseas. We also accept payment types other than what is listed @ the Ebay store. For money orders or other payment methods, or special order questions please email Otis@plumeriaparadise.com

About Postage and Shipping: All orders are shipped within a day or 2 of receipt of payment. We have NO control over how long the postal service will take to deliver them. They usually arrive within 3-5 days but some have taken as long as 4 to 5 weeks.

Imported cuttings cannot be shipped outside of the U.S., but we can sell seeds, our personal seedlings, and personal cuttings anywhere in the world when available.

Postage costs are controlled by the weight standards put forth by the postal service and our cost of shipping and handling supplies. We charge you what it costs us to ship to you. We make ZERO profit from shipping and handling charges.

About Profits: We are just a small company. Any and all profits are put right back into the company to purchase more product to grow the company and to share with other collectors around the world. We aren't in this to get rich, just to share our love of these tropicals with others around the world.
